I am an Onkyo owner. Who should I contact if my unit needs service?
If your unit is in need of service, please contact your local service center by using our locator, or you may call 201-785-2600 between 9am and 5pm ET, Monday through Friday to find the name of the authorized service center nearest you.
Before shipping a unit, you must contact the authorized service center to inform them that you will be sending your unit in for repair.
